je suis satisfaite de la qualité du produit qui est bien solide.
je ne suis pas satisfaite de la personnalisation car j’avais demander de le personnalisé mais le nombre de pièce était pour le fournisseur insuffisant pour personnaliser donc j’ai demander de ne rien inscrit dessus de le laisser vierge comme l’image qu’il m’avait envoyé. à mon grand étonnement il l’on personnalisé avec leurs propres image je suis pas contente et je recommande pas ce fournisseur.
le service est à revoir car après payement il ont attendu 1 semaines pour me dire que la taille que j’avais choisi qu’il fallait rajouter de l’argent car il avait que la petite taille en stock sachant que j’avais demander une grande taille ils ont décidé de me fournir une petites taille je ne suis vraiment pas satisfaite et très en colère.😡

Thanks for your review, there must be some misunderstanding.
1. We did send u the picture and video and you confirmed this product.
2. The price between stock and customization will be different, we offered the price for both stock and customization, but you want to do customization with the stock price.
3. We offered the price including the shipping for the smaller size, when we checked the shipping of bigger size, the shipping is not enough, so we updated the shipping again, we did say we can help u change the bigger size for free, but the shipping should be charged by the latest one and you agreed on the whole order.
